We implemented nudgie to turn WhatsApp into more than a messaging tool.

For Mantis and Moon, it connects guests to booking and answers common questions about directions, activities, menus and their stay.

For 101 Adventures, it gives operators quick access to industry templates, guidance and practical workflows for safer, more accountable operations.

We worked one-on-one with each accommodation owner to strengthen their online presence, improve guest communication and connect the practical pieces behind the scenes.

Pumula Camps

This project began with an idea.

We designed the logo, registered the domain and set up a professional email before the cottage had even been built.

A year later, we photographed the finished cottage, built the website, helped set up the booking platforms, connected the calendars and created a digital guest guide that could also be shared via WhatsApp.

Two days after going live, Pumula Camps received its first booking.
